With Hydroponics, only plants are grown without soil. In Aquaponics, Fish and plants are grown in a “near-closed” recirculating system where the nitrogen excreted by the fish become the nutrients that feed the plants. No fertilizers or pesticides/herbicides are used in Aquaponics.
Most aquaponic systems today are used to raise Tilapia and Barramundi fish as well as veggies and herbs such as lettuce, cucumber, tomato, basil and rosemary.

Terra-Mars wants to develop Space Exploration Theme parks to showcase the different technologies that are being developed for the colonization of the Moon and Mars.
SpaceX intends on sending the first colonists to Mars in 2026. NASA aims to have astronauts going to Mars sometime in the 2030s. China and other countries may also have Mars bound programs.
